EditBento is an independent downloadable extension for Adobe Premiere Pro. It is offered as a one-time purchase for one editor and one registered computer. Adobe software is not included. Optional future major upgrades are separate. Review the feature guide and compatibility requirements before purchasing.
Your order page shows the available payment methods and final amount when sales are open. For InstaPay, use the official payment link or QR on your order, then attach the receipt and transaction reference. Access is released after the incoming transfer is confirmed. A screenshot alone does not confirm payment. Customer email and account access provide the personal download and activation details.
If a technical issue prevents you from using EditBento, contact Info@Editbento.com within seven days of purchase with your order reference and the exact problem. We will help troubleshoot it. If the technical issue cannot be fixed, the purchase is eligible for a refund under the seven-day technical-issue policy.
Keep your account, activation credentials and ZIP password private. The license is for your use and is not for resale or sharing. Online activation and a license check at least every seven days are required. Contact support for approval before transferring activation to a different computer.
EditBento targets Premiere Pro 26.x with CEP 12, Windows x64 and macOS 13+ on Intel or Apple silicon. Features have the documented clip, timing and format limits. Save a project copy before substantial editing operations. Review transcripts, artwork, timing and audio before delivery; the toolkit does not replace your final quality check.
Speech and voice processing run locally. Activation, licensed B-roll search and music-source downloads require internet access. Only import music and media you own or have permission to use, and review the source license. Public links do not grant usage rights, and private or platform-blocked sources may require an authorized local file.

Include your order reference where relevant, but do not send passwords or license secrets. We use the contact details and message you provide to respond to your request; submitting a support request does not subscribe you to marketing.
